The New Dwell Showhome
The Wroxton Terrace Residence is clad entirely in Western Red cedar, stained black on the vertical and natural on the horizontal, and sits one metre out the ground on a TC3 section in Fendalton with a sweeping stream boundary.
Designed specifically for the tranquility of the site, the public areas and all but one of the four bedrooms spill out onto timber decking, linking the interior to the outdoors.
The minimal colour palette, deliberately chosen, emphasises the texture of the raw materials, accentuates the views and demonstrates the Dwell design aesthetic.
Now completed, the new Dwell Showhome is open to view at 9b Wroxton Terrace, on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm - 4pm.
