bdDesign’s simple and effective 3-step process provides the best possible design to suit each individual’s requirements.


Step 1 -  Design Brief    

• obtain clients brief
• appraisal of ideas and requirements for the design (including site conditions, developer's covenants and specific planning restrictions)
• establish client's budget

Step 2  - Concept Design    

• design and develop initial concept plan
• present conceptual design for client’s approval
• finalise design drawings

Step 3      Working Drawings    

• prepare detailed CAD working drawings
• liase with surveyor and structural engineer and co-ordinate their professional services
• finalise schedule of finishes and building specification documentation
