A compact, one bedroom house, the Qm Type A is rectangular in form with expansive decks off the living and bedroom areas. Cedar-clad and stained to individual client's requirements this design offers a short construction time and enhanced customisation, efficiency and sustainability.
Optional structural design can be incorporated for future relocation.
My decision to develop a house with Dwell Homes was influenced by the clever use of timber trusses to provide large open living spaces without the need for steel. Dwell Homes' intelligent use of full height windows and doors created the illusion of extra volume and space. From the conceptual design phase right through to practical completion was a satisfying experience and has given me the confidence to repeat the process in the near future.
