- establish client's budget

- design and develop initial concept plan
- present conceptual design for client’s approval
- finalise design drawings

 Working Drawings |
- prepare detailed CAD working drawings
- liase with surveyor and structural engineer and co-ordinate their professional services
- finalise schedule of finishes and building specification documentation
